Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of services engaged with Sanjay A & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hoshiarpur. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our professional services.

1. Cancellation by Client

• Before work begins: You may cancel a service request before work has commenced. A full refund will be processed within 7 working days after deducting any payment gateway charges.
• After work has begun: If work has commenced, cancellation will attract a partial charge based on the amount of work completed. The balance will be refunded.
• After service completion: No cancellation is possible once the service has been fully delivered and filed with the relevant government authority.

2. Cancellation by Sanjay A & Co.

We reserve the right to cancel a service engagement in the following circumstances:

• Client fails to provide required documents within a reasonable time frame despite reminders.
• Information provided by the client is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
• The engagement would require us to act in violation of law or ICAI professional standards.
• In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued based on work completed.

3. Time-Sensitive Services

Certain services such as ITR filing, GST returns, TDS returns and audit reports have statutory deadlines. Cancellations for time-sensitive services must be communicated immediately. We are not responsible for penalties or late fees incurred due to last-minute cancellations that prevent timely filing.

Please provide your name, service requested, payment transaction ID and reason for cancellation.

5. Refund on Cancellation

Approved refunds on cancellation are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on refund timelines and eligibility.

6. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
