Our services are professional in nature — including Income Tax filing, GST registration, tax audit, company registration, MSME registration and financial advisory. Since these involve professional time, expertise and government portal interactions, refunds are governed by the conditions below.

• Government fees, statutory charges and filing fees paid to government portals are strictly non-refundable.
• Professional fees for services already rendered and delivered.
• Fees for consultations already conducted.
• Fees where service was delayed due to client not providing required documents on time.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment with the following details:

• Full name and mobile number used at time of payment
• Payment ID / Transaction ID from Razorpay
• Amount paid and date of payment
• Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used.
• Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional working days depending on your bank.

6. Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the matter shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
