Sanjay A & Co. provides professional Chartered Accountancy services including but not limited to Income Tax filing, GST registration and returns, tax audit, company registration, networth certificates, MSME registration, LEI registration and financial advisory. All services are subject to applicable laws and professional standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for the service.
• Any delay in providing documents may result in delay in service delivery.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us.
• Clients must inform us of any changes in their financial or business situation that may affect the services being rendered.

3. Fees and Payment

• Professional fees are agreed upon before commencement of work.
• Fees are payable in advance or as mutually agreed.
• Payments made through our website are processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable government fees, taxes and statutory charges unless stated otherwise.
• GST at applicable rates will be charged on professional fees where applicable.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared by clients with Sanjay A & Co. is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law, regulatory authorities or with explicit client consent. Our confidentiality obligations are in accordance with ICAI professional standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Sanjay A & Co. shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for changes in law or government regulations that affect the outcome of services rendered.
• We are not liable for delays caused by government departments, portals or third-party agencies.

6. Intellectual Property
